ZFY (D) series reverse rigs are suitable for underground coal bunkers, concealed (inclined) wells, pipeline holes, cable holes, coal slip holes, ventilation holes and other construction operations. This series of products has the characteristics of complete variety, novel structure, simple operation and convenient transportation. The drilling reamer diameter is 1000 ~ 2500mm. Among them, the ZFY (D) 2500 (low profile) reverse rig is the reverse rig with the largest reamer diameter independently developed in China. It can drill a variety of concealed holes with a diameter of 2.5m. For vertical wells, the depth of drilling and reaming can reach more than 500m. The rig technology innovation lies in the compact structure, low working height, the working height of small models ≤2500mm, and the working height of large models ≤2960mm. Brief introduction of low-profile series reverse rig

I. Types and characteristics of domestic reverse rigs

The reverse well drilling rig is a kind of highly mechanized, safe and efficient reverse well construction equipment. In particular, it can greatly increase the construction speed when drilling reverse shafts, underground coal bunkers, coal slips, extended shafts, and various dark shafts in coal mines. It also has the advantages of reducing workers' labor intensity, operating safety, and good well quality. Welcomed by the majority of miners. In the 1960s abroad, production of reverse well drilling rigs was used for reverse well construction. The drilling process of reverse well rigs has been continuously improved and developed. Currently, the proportion of reverse well boring with reverse rigs in industrially developed countries has exceeded 60%. Some reach 90%.

The development of China's anti-drilling rigs began in 1967. The Changsha Mine Research Institute was responsible for designing and researching the trough frame assembly structure and full hydraulic transmission back-drilling rigs. Due to the needs of mine production, it developed rapidly and formed the TYZ series of patio rigs. From the beginning of the year to 1994, the Well Construction Institute of the General Coal Science Institute designed the LM series reverse rig according to the specific conditions of the production and construction of the coal mine. The above two series of models belong to the same type, which is the slot frame assembly structure. The representative of such models is shown in Figure 1. This type of reverse well drilling rig is designed with a pair (or two pairs) of supporting oil cylinders on the upper part of the host machine frame. The supporting oil cylinders are supported on the top plate of the chamber when it is installed and used. The lower end of the drilling machine frame is designed with four connecting rods with lower supporting oil cylinders. Slider mechanism, the role of the upper and lower supporting cylinders is: (1) leveling and aligning the rig frame; (2) load bearing and preventing the rig frame from loosening during drilling; (3) overcoming the counter torque and Reaction force.

The characteristics of this model are the convenient installation and disassembly of the rig. The lower support is designed as a four-link slider mechanism, which is convenient for drilling inclined holes 60 ~ 90 . The loading and unloading of drill rods are mechanized. . However, this type of assembly into a frame and supporting installation makes the rig poor in rigidity and small in bearing capacity. It is only suitable for small models, and because the upper support is supported on the roof of the chamber, high strength of the roof is required. Due to the complicated assembly structure of the trough frame in manufacturing, it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy of processing and assembly, which often affects the manufacturing quality and processing cost of the rig.

Types and characteristics of the reverse rig I developed

Since 1986, our institute has carried out investigations and studies on the structure and use of anti-drilling rigs at home and abroad. Based on the actual production of coal mines in China, we have referred to foreign advanced large-scale models, drawing on the advantages of domestic models, and designed two columns. Three-cylinder rigid frame structure back-drilling rigs. For more than ten years, we have designed and developed eight types of back-drilling rigs. The main types are ordinary, low-profile, mobile and variable-frequency speed-regulating electro-hydraulic transmission. These models are different from those designed by other factories and institutes in China. We have absorbed the advantages of other domestic and overseas back-drilling rigs, and combined with the specific conditions in China's coal mine production, we have studied and designed the two-pillar, three-cylinder rigid foundation structure. . The above types of reverse well drilling rigs have been well received by users in the actual use of coal mine production. The characteristics of our research and development of reverse well drilling rig are as follows:

1. Two-column three-cylinder ordinary back-drilling rig

From 1987 to 1991, I referred to the American Robbins model, that is, a two-column three-cylinder structure, and absorbed the advantages of domestic rigs. Based on the requirements of field use, the ATY1500 and ZFY2500 reverse well rigs were designed. The structure of these two types of rigs is guided by two circular guide columns, and three symmetrically arranged propelling cylinders move up and down along the two guide columns to achieve the push and pull force of the rig. On the foundation rock directly with anchor bolts. This common type of reverse well drilling rig has good rigidity and large bearing capacity in use (ATY1500 reverse well rig completes well Φ1.5 meters at a time, ZFY2500 reverse well rig completes well Φ2.5 meters at a time), good stability and guidance accuracy High, anchor rod loading and unloading, convenient transportation of drilling rigs, etc., the specific structure is shown in Figure 2.

2. ZFYD series low-profile reverse well drilling rig

During the development of anti-drilling rigs, the technical staff of our institute often went to the production site to listen to the opinions of users, and continuous improvement made the product more perfect. Through the use and practice, it is found that the working height of the above two types of backhole drilling rigs is too high (3600mm and 4030mm), the transport size is large, and artificial roofing is required when using it in underground, and large chambers are dug, which increases the construction cost , Extended the construction period, especially in the construction of shallower dark shafts, the economic benefits of the application of reverse rig construction is not obvious. In order to meet the needs of production, since 1992, our institute has developed a low-profile reverse well drilling rig (see Figure 3), and has formed a representative ZFYD1200

Features of this model: (1) Adopting a two-pillar, three-cylinder structure, the rig frame is directly anchored to the foundation bedrock, which makes the rig as a whole rigid and has a large bearing capacity. (2) The telescopic sleeve cylinder is used as the propulsion cylinder of the drilling rig, which greatly reduces the working height of the drilling rig, which is generally 2500 ~ 2900mm (see the attached table for details). When using a low-profile reverse rig to construct a dark vertical shaft, the excavation chamber works The small amount (or no excavation) reduces the consumption of people, money and materials, and shortens the preparation period in the early stage of construction. (3) The three propulsion cylinders are symmetrically arranged, and the center line is an equilateral triangle. The center of gravity of this triangle is the rotation center of the drilling rig. This is one of the factors for the smooth operation of the drilling rig and the accuracy of drilling and reaming is high. (4) Mechanization of loading and unloading of drill pipes, and overall transport of self-carrying vehicles. The ZFYD series of low-profile back-drilling rigs have been successfully developed, which provides an advanced, efficient and safe construction equipment for the construction of hidden shafts in China, and has been well received by users in the field.

3. Hob research

Our institute has done a lot of work on the rock breaking mechanism and force analysis of the hob, and has accumulated a large number of test data on the structural design, material selection and heat treatment of domestic and foreign hobs, various alloy welding processes and hob manufacturing processes. The designed large-scale vertical drilling rig wedge hob won the second prize of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The DXP-1 cog disc hob for engineering rigs (Subject No. 88-146) has a service life of 550 meters in production and use. We have also developed high-wear-resistant welded rock-breaking hob and ball-tooth rock-breaking hob suitable for all kinds of underground projects with Luoyang Jiujiu Company. We are currently designing disc hobs and scrapers for concrete structures for subway and tunnel engineering.

III.Comparison of the reverse rig designed and developed by our institute with similar domestic models

The difference between the reverse rig designed and developed by our institute and other domestic institutes:

1. Low working height of the rig

The working height from the upper surface of the small model motor to the upper surface of the track is <2700mm, and the working height of the upper surface of the large model motor to the upper surface of the track is <3100mm

2. The overall weight of the rig and the weight of the drill rod are light

Compared with the weight of the host machine of the same performance parameter (including the weight of the truck), the weight of our rig is 55% lighter (such as ZFYD1200 host weight 3.61t, LM120 host weight 8t, TYZ1000 host weight 8.4t) High-strength alloy steel, with small diameter and light weight of the drill pipe, is very portable for downhole transportation.

3. Drilling and reaming diameter is currently up to Φ2.5 meters, and drilling and reaming depth can reach more than 500 meters.

4. It adopts the internationally advanced three-cylinder two-column structure, which has strong overall rigidity and good stability. At the same time, the three oil cylinders are arranged symmetrically, which exerts uniform force on the drilling tool, thereby ensuring the working stability of the rig during drilling.

5. Replacing the double telescopic propulsion cylinder with the ordinary single-stage cylinder that comes with it can make the low-profile model into an ordinary model, which can greatly increase the maximum drilling depth and the drilling depth can reach more than 300 meters. Its maximum reaming pull is 1.5 times that of other domestic models.

Fourth, the working principle and structural characteristics of ZFYD series reverse well drilling rig

The working principle of ZFYD series reverse well drilling rigs is roughly the same as that of other reverse well drilling rigs, that is, the rig is installed on the upper level, and a pilot hole is drilled from top to bottom. Ream the hole from the bottom to the top until the reaming drill bit reaches the upper level to complete the reverse well construction.

The drilling rig is mainly composed of the main machine, transport truck, hydraulic pump station, drilling tools (including drill pipe, stable drill pipe, tri-cone drill bit and reaming drill bit, etc.) hydraulic operating platform, drilling rig foundation, drill rod lifting device and so on.

The host machine consists of two hydraulic motors through a gear reduction box and a drive head to form a drilling rig rotation system. The drive head is connected to the drill rod, which drives the drill rod and drill bit to perform the rotary motion required for drilling and provides the drill with the required torque. Three symmetrically arranged propulsion cylinders drive the reduction gearbox, drive head, and drill tool to move up and down to form the propulsion system of the rig, and provide the rig with the required bit pressure for drilling. Under the combined action of torque and weight-on-bit, the tri-cone bit or reaming bit breaks the rock. During pilot hole drilling, the crushed rock cuttings are drained to the upper part of the wellhead using a positive circulation method. When the hole is re-expanded, the rock cuttings fall to the lower horizontal roadway by their own weight.

The structural features of ZFYD series of reverse well drilling rigs are as follows:

⑴In the slewing system, two parallel low-speed high-torque hydraulic motors are selected, which simplifies the design of the gearbox and also obtains two different speeds and torques.

⑵The internationally advanced three-cylinder two-column structure is adopted, which has strong overall rigidity and good stability. At the same time, the three oil cylinders are symmetrically arranged to exert uniform force on the drilling tool, thereby ensuring the working stability of the drilling rig during drilling. .

⑶ The driving head with floating amount is used to make the drill rod float up and down when loading and unloading the drill rod, so as not to damage the thread due to the inconsistent lifting speed of the spindle and the pitch, and a reverse ratchet is designed on the outer sleeve of the driving head. The auxiliary rod remover removes the drill pipe.

小 The main model of the hydraulic system uses an open circuit, and the press system is simple and reliable; the large model uses a closed circuit, which greatly reduces the tank volume of the hydraulic pump station on the rig and ensures the working oil in the main system. The cleanliness effectively improves the service life of the hydraulic components.

The ⑸ rig adopts full hydraulic transmission, single power and easy management.

V. concluding remarks

For more than 20 years, the technicians of our reverse well drilling unit went deep into the site, developed new products according to the requirements of users, and developed one after another new reverse well drilling rigs. These rigs are used in Yanzhou Mining Bureau and Yaojie Mining. Bureau, Zaozhuang Mining Bureau, Feicheng Mining Bureau, Tiefa Mining Bureau, Liuzhi Mining Bureau, Fengcheng Mining Bureau, Longmei Group's four major mining bureaus, Fuxin Mining Bureau, Inner Mongolia Pingzhuang Coal and Electricity Group, Chongqing Energy Group, Sichuan Coal Group and other dozens of coal mines, carried out tens of thousands of meters of anti-well engineering construction, indicating that the drilling rig performance is good, well quality is high, has been welcomed by the site leaders and construction personnel, the comprehensive performance of its drilling rig in China is in a leading position. At the same time, through years of research and development, a strong design team has been trained, and many achievements have been made in the structural design of reverse rigs, the research on the construction technology and performance parameters of reverse rigs. At present, our institute is doing a lot of research work on the parameter optimization of reverse well rigs, the research of multi-purpose comprehensive rigs (including horizontal drilling and reaming) and the reliability of components. The goal of our institute is to reverse the well we designed. The rig technology level is at the leading level in China and has entered the international market.

The reverse rig developed by Nanjing Research Institute has a leading position in technology in China. In recent years, Nanjing has won a number of rewards for its reverse rigs:

(1) ATY1500 reverse well drilling rig won the third prize of scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Energy in 1991.

(2) ZFYD1200 low-profile coal mine reverse rig won the third prize of the 1992 Ministry of Coal Industry Science and Technology Progress.

(3) The ZFYD2500 low-profile coal mine reverse rig won the third prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Coal Industry in 1997.

(4) ZFYD series low-profile coal mine reverse rigs were rated as national new products in 1993.
