                    3. Description of equipment The pump station of the fully mechanized mining face mainly includes the following equipment: emulsion pump station, clean water pump station, and filter.
                    1. Emulsion pump station The emulsion pump station is mainly composed of an emulsion pump, an emulsion tank, a pump motor, and an automatic emulsion proportioner.
                    Equipped with four BRW500 / 31.5F emulsion pumps and two emulsion tanks. The main technical parameters are as follows:
                    ①Nominal flow: 500 L / min
                    ②Nominal pressure: 31.5MPa
                    ③Motor power: 315KW
                    ④ Rated voltage: 1140V
                    RZPX200 type emulsion automatic liquid distribution system is selected to realize the automatic ratio of emulsion. The proportion concentration range is adjustable from 3% to 7%, the volume of the oil storage chamber is 2000L, and the volume of the liquid storage chamber is 1500L.
                    2. Clean water pump station The clean water pump station is mainly composed of clean water pump, water tank and pump motor.

                    Ten, accident case description
                    1.High pressure hose injury
                    In June 2003, Liu, a pump station maintenance worker of a coal mining team in a certain mine, replaced the U-shaped pin with an iron wire, and the iron wire withdrew under pressure, resulting in an accident caused by high-pressure pipe pumping.
                    Cause of the accident: Liu had a weak sense of safety, did not strictly follow the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", tried to save trouble, violated regulations, and replaced U-shaped pins with iron wires.
                    Preventive measures: Strengthen employee safety education and business skills training, strictly find safe operating procedures and safety technical measures for construction operations, and it is strictly forbidden to have no sales, single-leg sales or wire consignment sales.
                    2.Injury accident when replacing the pump head of the emulsification pump
                    In January 2007, during a maintenance session of a fully mechanized mining face in a certain mine, when the pump driver Jia changed the pump head of the emulsification pump, the pump head fell to the ground while lifting the pump head of the emulsification pump, causing the right toe to be injured by the pump.
                    Cause of the accident: Jia Mou, the driver of the pumping station, had a weak awareness of independent security and lack of energy, which was the direct cause of the pump smashing of the pump head of the emulsification pump; the employee Chen Mou's lack of mutual protection awareness and poor work cooperation caused Jia to be smashed Another reason for feet.
