Emulsion pump station job standard:
1. Emulsion pump drivers must be trained, familiar with the performance and construction principles of liquid pumps, familiar with this operating procedure, maintaining and maintaining liquid pumps in accordance with intact standards, and holding certificates after obtaining a certificate.
2. Pump station workers should stick to their posts. Under normal circumstances, one pump is required to work, and the other pump is reserved or overhauled.
3. The pump runs smoothly and the sound is normal; the opening and closing pressures of the unloading valve and safety valve meet the requirements; the plunger is well lubricated; whether the joints and seals are tight and free of drips.
The emulsified liquid is free from oil, soap, precipitation, discoloration, taste and other phenomena; the vent hole cover on the emulsified liquid tank and reducer is unobstructed.
4. The handles of each shut-off valve are flexible and reliable. The suction valve, manual unloading valve and working surface return liquid are in the open position. The shut-off valve supplying liquid to the working surface is in the closed position. Various pressure gauges are complete, complete and sensitive.
5. The oil level and seal of the reducer meet the requirements; the pipe joint from the pumping station to the working surface is firm and leak-proof.
6. The liquid supply pipeline should be neatly suspended to ensure the smooth delivery and return of liquid.
7. Keep no dust on switch, motor, pump body and emulsion tank.

Working standard of emulsion pump station:
1. Equipped with tools and spare parts: wrenches, pliers, thermometers, refractometers, etc. Spare parts: lead wires, rags, oil cans, oil drums, pipe joints, U-shaped pins, high and low pressure hoses, etc .; grease: lubricating oil, mechanical oil, Emulsified oil, etc.
2. Appearance requirements:
1) The emulsion pump station has complete components, clean and tidy without debris.
2) The piping is connected correctly and the suspension meets the design requirements.
3) The safety protective cover is complete and reliable. The oil mark indicates it.
4) No leakage at the pipe joint.
3. The action test requires that the shut-off valve supplying liquid to the bracket be closed first, and the manual shut-off valve be opened to start the emulsion pump under no-load condition.
1) Power supply: Jog the motor start button to check whether the motor is rotating in the correct direction. If the motor is found to be reversed, the magnetic starter should be commutated again.
2) Turn on the pump: After turning on the pump, loosen the exhaust plugs on the pump head to deflate.
3) Check the operation of each part. After checking that everything is normal and running without load for 5-10 minutes, close the manual shut-off valve, and then open the shut-off valve that supplies liquid to the bracket. Adjust the unloading valve to gradually increase the pressure from small to the rated value.

10) The pressure gauge indicates correctly and the alternating valve direction is reliable.
11) The temperature of the cabinet should not be too high in the initial stage of operation.

Technical standards for emulsion pump station:
1. The gas concentration in the wind current within 20 meters near the motor and the switch point reaches 1,5%. You must stop the operation and cut off the power supply. When the gas concentration drops below 1%, you can send electricity to start the pump again.
2. The emulsion pump station should be equipped with two pumps and one tank. Both the emulsion pump and the emulsion tank should be installed horizontally. The position of the emulsion tank should be more than 100 mm higher than the pump body, so that the emulsion pump can fully absorb liquid.
3. Use a refractometer to check whether the concentration ratio of the emulsified liquid meets the specified 3% -5%; the liquid level is at two-thirds of the height of the liquid tank.
4. After the emulsification pump is first commissioned or the external high voltage is rewired or the bus box is replaced, the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply may change. Close the control switch and jog the motor. Consistent, if the direction does not match, the motor wiring should be corrected.
5. The performance of the high and low pressure pressure control device is checked and identified once a week by a special manager; the high and low pressure filter accumulators perform well, and the safety valve pressure regulating valve and pressure gauge are sensitive, reliable and accurate.
6, insist on cleaning the filter every 10 days; clean the emulsion tank at least once a month; test the water quality every quarter;
7.N68 mechanical oil must be used as the lubricant, and lower viscosity oil should not be used to avoid affecting the lubrication effect.
8. The lubricating oil should be changed for the first time after 150 hours of operation, and the oil tank should be cleaned at the same time. The refueling must be added through the filter port, and it should be properly supplemented during normal operation to prevent coal powder from entering the cabinet.
9. The gas pressure of the accumulator should be checked regularly. When not working, the remaining gas pressure in the accumulator is greater than or equal to 25% of the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system. The maximum value should be less than or equal to the minimum working pressure of the hydraulic system. 90%.
10. At the initial stage of operation, the temperature of the tank should not be too high, and the oil temperature should be lower than 80 C. Gear box temperature does not exceed 75 C, liquid tank temperature does not exceed 50 C, and crankcase temperature does not exceed 70 C.
11, usually pay attention to changes in oil level, the oil level must not be lower than the red line.
12. Check the nitrogen pressure of the accumulator once a month to give full play to the role of the accumulator.
13. When the ambient temperature of the pump is ≤0 C, the emulsion in the suction chamber must be exhausted after stopping the pump to avoid freezing the box.
