Emulsion pumping station driver technical operation rules I. Employment conditions <br /> Article 1. Emulsion pumping station drivers must be familiar with the performance and construction principles of the emulsion pump, have basic skills for maintenance and troubleshooting, and have passed the training and exam. Only after obtaining the operation qualification certificate can you start operations.
2. Safety regulations <br /> Article 2 When the employed driver of the emulsion pump station finds that the emulsion pump and the emulsion tank are in a non-water stable state, the position of the emulsion tank is less than 100 mm above the pump body, or there is no standby pump, It should be reported, adjusted and dealt with immediately.
Article 3: When electrical equipment such as switches, motors, buttons, and junction boxes cannot be protected from water, they must be properly covered.
Article 4. When the gas concentration reaches 1.5% in the air current within 20 minutes near the motor and the switch point, the operation must be stopped, the power supply must be cut off, and the personnel must be evacuated for disposal.
Article 5. It is necessary to insist on the use of automatic liquid dispensing devices. It is necessary to ensure that the concentration of the emulsion always meets the requirements. The water quality shall be tested regularly to ensure that the liquid is clean and in compliance with the regulations.
Article 6. The output pressure of the emulsion pump must be ensured. The liquid supply for the single hydraulic prop should not be less than 18 MPa, and the liquid supply for the comprehensive mining hydraulic support should not be less than 30 MPa.
Article 7. Pumps must be stopped for maintenance of the pumping station; the main line stop valve must be closed when repairing and replacing the main liquid supply pipeline. It is not allowed to disassemble and inspect various pressure control components under the well, and it is strictly forbidden to replace hydraulic parts with pressure.
Article 8. It is strictly forbidden to open the lead seal of the unloading valve, safety valve, accumulator and other parts and adjust the operating pressure of the components; under normal circumstances, it is strictly prohibited to close the liquid return stop valve of the pumping station.
Article 9. The liquid supply pipeline must be neatly suspended to ensure the smooth supply and return of liquid.
Article 10: Periodic inspection, maintenance and record keeping shall be made in accordance with the following requirements:
1. Scrub the oil and dirt once per shift, rotate the filter 1 or 2 times in a certain direction, and check the concentration of the emulsion twice.
2. Check the filter core once a day.
3. Clean the filter every 10 days.
4. Clean the emulsion tank at least once a month.
5. Test the water quality once a quarter.
6. Understand the performance check and appraisal of high and low pressure control devices and the results of various protection devices.
Article 11, abnormal sounds and odors were detected during operation, the temperature exceeded the requirements, the pressure indicated by the pressure gauge was abnormal, the emulsion concentration and liquid level did not meet the requirements, the control valve failed, lost control, and the filter was damaged or blocked and could not be filtered and supplied. Stop the pump immediately when the liquid pipeline is broken or disconnected.
Article 12. A pump-on signal must be issued before the pump is turned on. When the pump is stopped, the signal must be sent to cut off the power and disconnect the disconnector. The driver of the pumping station must not leave the post while the pump is stopped or opened.
3. Preparation for operation <br /> Article 13, prepare all necessary tools such as wrenches, pliers, thermometers, refractometers, lead wires, cloths, oil cans, oil drums, pipe joints, U-shaped pins, high and low pressure hoses, etc. Spare parts and lubricants, mechanical oils, emulsified oils, etc.
Article 14. After taking over, turn the control switch handle to the cut-off position and lock it, and check the following as required:
1. Safety condition of the roadway near the pumping station and whether there is water leakage.
2. Various sanitary conditions of the pumping station.
3. Whether the connecting bolts of all components are complete and firm, especially check the screws of the pump plunger cover.
4. Whether the oil level and seal of the reducer meet the requirements.
5. Whether the pipe joint connection from the pumping station to the working surface is secure.
6. Whether the handles of each stop valve are flexible and reliable, whether the suction valve, manual unloading valve and working surface return valve are in the open position, whether the stop valve supplying liquid to the working surface is in the closed position, and whether various pressure gauges and control buttons are Complete, complete, sensitive and reliable.
7. Whether the emulsified liquid has oil leaching, soaping out, precipitation, discoloration, odor, etc .; use a refractometer to check whether the concentration ratio of the emulsified liquid meets the requirements; whether the liquid level is above two-thirds of the height of the tank.
8. Is the pressure of the water inlet of the dosing water above 0.5 MPa?
9. Whether the ventilation holes on the emulsion tank and reducer are unblocked.
10. Check whether the motor, coupling and pump head can rotate flexibly.
Article 15: Loosen the air release plug of the suction chamber of the emulsion pump. Tighten after the air in the suction chamber is exhausted and the liquid is discharged. Close the control switch and jog the motor to check whether the rotation direction of the pump is consistent with the direction of the arrow mark on the casing.
Fourth, normal operation <br /> Article 16, start the motor, slowly close the manual unloading valve, so that the pump pressure gradually rises to the rated value.
Article 17, after the pump is turned on, the following shall be checked to ensure that there is no problem or the problem is dealt with, and to keep the pump running normally.
1. Whether the pump runs in balance and whether the sound is normal.
2. Whether the opening and closing pressure of the unloading valve and safety valve meet the requirements.
3. Whether the dirt indicator of the filtering station is normal and whether the pressure difference indicated by the inlet and outlet pressure is between 1.5 and 3.0 MPa.
4. Whether the indication of the ammeter and pressure gauge is normal and accurate.
5. Whether the plunger is well lubricated, and whether the gearbox lubricating oil pressure is above 0.2 MPa.
6. Whether the joints and seals are leaking.
7. Whether the automatic liquid level switch and low level protection switch in the emulsion tank are sensitive and reliable.
Article 18: After receiving the liquid signal for the working surface, slowly open the stop valve on the liquid supply pipeline to start supplying liquid to the working surface.
Article 19: During operation, pay attention to the display of various instruments, whether the machine sound and temperature are normal, whether the emulsion tank is balanced, and the liquid level is kept within the specified range. If it is good, if you find any problems, you should contact the work surface in time and stop the pump for treatment.
When one of the following conditions is found, the pump should be stopped immediately:
1. Strange odor.
2. The temperature exceeds the requirements.
3. The pressure gauge indicates abnormal pressure.
4. The automatic dosing device does not start properly.
5. The control valve is invalid and out of control.
6. The filter cannot be filtered if it is damaged or blocked.
7. The liquid supply pipeline is broken, disconnected, and a lot of liquid is leaked.
Article 20: When the liquid level in the emulsion tank is lower than the specified lower limit, the automatic dosing device of the pumping station shall start dosing, and the pumping station of the uncontrolled jogging pump dosing device shall be manually dosed in a dedicated container. When mixing liquid, you should mix custard oil in water. Do not mix water with custard oil. After each solution, check the concentration of the emulsion with a refractometer. Until it passes.
Article 21: When the pump is stopped accidentally and stopped at the end of work, the manual unloading valve should be opened first to make the pump run without load, and then the high-pressure liquid supply valve and the suction valve of the pump should be closed. Turn the switch to the power-off position and cut off the power supply. Except when the contactor contacts are stuck, the isolation switch can be used to stop the pump. In other cases, only the button can be used to stop the pump.
V. Closing work <br /> Article 22, after stopping the pump, the control valves should be driven to the non-working position, and the dust on the switch, motor, pump body and emulsion tank should be cleaned.
Article 23: Describe the operation of the equipment in the shift to the succeeding driver in detail at the scene. If there are any faults or problems, fill in the working log of the emulsion pump station according to the regulations.
