Fourth, operation flow Finger dictation 1. Touch the pump to see that the temperature of the pump body meets the requirements.
2. To ensure good lubrication of the plunger, add 0,5kg of gear oil to the lubricating oil pool of the plunger.
3. Check that the pump is operating normally according to the indication of the pressure gauge.
4. After the maintenance is completed, open the manual unloading valve to test run the pump.
5. Send a signal to the working surface and prepare to turn on the pump for liquid supply.
6. Power on the switch and press the button to start the hydraulic pump.
7. After starting the motor, slowly close the manual unloading valve to gradually increase the pump pressure to the specified value.
8. When the hydraulic pump reaches normal pressure, open the liquid supply stop valve.
Fifth, the safety expectation pressure gauge indicates that the pressure is abnormal, the automatic dosing device starts abnormally, the filter is damaged or blocked and cannot be filtered, the liquid supply pipeline is broken or disconnected, and a large amount of liquid is leaked.
